Our Story — The Legacy of Dhodha

Born in 1912 in Khushab (now in Pakistan), Dhodha was created by Lala Hans Raj Vig, a wrestler on a quest for a powerful, delicious energy food. What began as a kitchen experiment quickly became a local favorite — so popular, the street to his shop was named Dhodha Street.

After the Partition, the family brought this treasured recipe to Kotkapura, keeping the legacy alive.

For over a century, Dhodha has been handcrafted with the same authentic recipe, passed down through generations — delivering the original taste of tradition in every bite.
